Housing Opportunities, Inc. has served more than 700 households with our main demographic being seniors over the age of 55.

Our Team

Callie Miller, Executive Director

Callie has been with HOI since June 2014. She started as the office bookkeper, and in 2018, she gained the title of Executive Assistant. In November 2020, she was promoted to Executive Director when HOI's previous director of 20 years reitred. Callie has a Bachelor's in Accounting from American Public University and received her Master's in Personal Financial Planning from K-State in 2019.

Lynae Curtis

Bookkeeper

Lynae became a part of HOI in April 2024. She previously worked at an accounting firm and handled customer accounts. Lynae has an extensive accounting background and is responsible for the daily financial requirements for not only HOI but all our rental properties.

Alex Bartonek

Property Manager

Alex joined HOI in May 2023 as the office assistant. She is now our property manager for the Great Bend & Larned areas. She is responsible for processing applications, completing the rent-up process, and handling all compliance and reporting requirements to our investors and state agencies.

Cierra Dixon

Property Manager

Cierra started with HOI in 2023 as an office assistant, she moved away from Great Bend but when she returned in 2025, she rejoined HOI’s staff as a Property Manager. Cierra covers Hoisington, Ellinwood,, Lyons, Sterling, Great Bend, & Scott City. She is responsible for processing applications, completing the rent-up process, and handling all compliance and reporting requirements.

Bruce Riedl

General Contractor

Bruce has been with the HOI team since 2022. He is our on-staff general contractor. Bruce has been in the construction industries for many years and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. He is originally from Hoisington, KS.

Jarrod Keener

Maintenance

Jarrod recently started with HOI and has an extensive background working with RVs. Jarrod helps handle all the daily maintenance tasks alongside our other maintenance staff.

Gary Bruner

Maintenance

Gary became a part of the HOI team in October 2024. He comes from a long maintenance background, handling property maintenance for many different organizations. Gary helps handle all the daily maintenance tasks for our residential housing units.

Kyle Mermis

Maintenance

Kyle came to HOI in Nov 2025 and has a strong background in maintenance and construction. Kyle will work alongside our other maintenance staff to handle daily maintenance tasks and vacant unit flips.
